Join us and AMSEAS for a beach walk and trash collection! Come one, come all to assist the Long Island Explorium and AMSEAS to clean up our beach! We will meet behind the museum, in the turtle park by the Big Chair, at 2pm. AMSEAS will provide supplies for attendees. Come and earn your volunteer hours working for the community in an outdoor activity!
Please meet at 2pm in the turtle park behind the museum. We will provide buckets and trash pickers, but you are also welcome to bring your own beach-clearing supplies. The walk and beach clean will last approximately 1 hour. This activity can be used for volunteer hours, please contact us if you need us to verify these hours.
