Free Volunteer Event

Join us and AMSEAS for a beach walk and trash collection! Come one, come all to assist the Long Island Explorium and AMSEAS to clean up our beach! We will meet behind the museum, in the turtle park by the Big Chair, at 10 am. AMSEAS will provide supplies for attendees. Come and earn your volunteer hours working for the community in a Covid-safe outdoor activity!

Masks are required for all visitors during their visit unless deemed medically unable to wear one. We can provide a face shield for all those who request one instead of wearing a mask.
